Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality experiences for B2B products across various
mediums
Collaborate with leadership to create and refine the product
vision
Influence design practices and team operations within a fully
remote environment
Required Qualifications
8+ years of product design experience
Experience in designing products for FinTech and B2B preferred
Proven track record as a primary contributor to high-impact
projects
Experience managing a team of designers is desirable but not
required
Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changes
