Ozumo - San Francisco is seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to enhance our beverage program. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant, with extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and sake. Proficiency in Japanese cuisine is a plus. We require a hospitality professional with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate must be available to work evenings and possess a valid CA Food Handler's and RBS Certificate.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive beverage program that aligns with Ozumo's culinary vision
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standardsRequirements:
