Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Associate - Consumer to
process claims and provide customer service in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Process first party property claims based on client-specific
coverage
Make coverage determinations and adjudicate settlements or
denials
Handle a high volume of claims and ensure proper documentation and
adherence to guidelines
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
One year of general office experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Claims industry experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick
decisions
No licensing required
