- 1+ year as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
- DEA Certification with full prescriptive authority
- 5+ years a Registered Nurse with experience in elderly care We
have an immediate need for a direct hire, Nurse Practitioner at one
of our growing centers! Job OverviewThe Nurse Practitioner provides
primary care to enrolled participants by evaluating participant
physical complaints and providing appropriate treatment. The Nurse
Practitioner functions beyond as an advanced practice nurse and as
an integral member of the interdisciplinary team. Physical
attendance at the facility and/ or participant home is essential to
