Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dental Claims Approver II to provide
high-quality service and collaborative claim management to
members.
Key Responsibilities
Process dental claims that cannot be automatically processed by the
mainframe system
Apply state laws to the processing of initial claims and
appeals
Investigate and respond to written appeals, inquiries, and
complaints
Required Qualifications and Training
Ability to handle pressure in a production environment
Willingness to work overtime when requested
Proficient PC skills including mainframe systems
Good attendance record
Demonstrate honest and ethical behavior
