Assistant General Manager with Wine Focus

Required skills:
- Strong sense of warmth and hospitality
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
- Physical stamina: ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up to 5 miles per evening, including stairs
- Desire for longevity

Preferred skills:
- Previous management experience
- Passion for wine

Responsibilities:
- Support General Manager with nightly service, daily operations
- Assist Beverage Director with wine program, including developing staff education programs and maintaining wine lists
- Work with Beverage Director to maintain dynamic wine list, educate team, and provide guests with best possible wine service and experience
- Attend weekly on-site tastings, update staff on low counts, and manage weekly by-the-glass inventory
- Maintain monthly wine inventories, assist with curating wine list, and ensure accurate wine lists and POS inventory
