Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of semiconductor
capital equipment development programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, managing project timelines
and resources to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other
stakeholders to define project requirements, establish project
plans, and track progress.
- Facilitate communication, resolve issues and risks, and ensure
effective collaboration among team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to
streamline operations, enhance quality, and reduce costs.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel,
equipment, and budgets.
- Collaborate with finance, manufacturing, supply chain, product
marketing, engineering teams, and field teams.
- Create mechanisms to communicate issues, track progress, and
pull resources from multiple business units or functions.
- Provide oversight of customer demos, including defining demo
conditions and analyzing results.
- Play a key role in defining product strategy and identifying
gaps.
- Lead the positioning of new semiconductor technologies to
customers.
- Make executive-level presentations.Functional Knowledge
