Base Pay Range: $132,600.00 - $225,400.00Primary Location:
USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA's total rewards package for employees may

Description/Preferred QualificationsSenior Opto-Mechanical Design
Engineers are core to KLA's technology, while we do not currently
have an opening, we are always building our Opto-Mechanical
Engineering talent community, we are interested in learning about

- Design, build, prototype testing the next generation broad band
plasma (BBP) Wafer inspection opto-mechanical assemblies.
- Work with system, optical, electrical and software engineer to
derive the subsystem requirements and conduct design reviews.
- CAD Modeling: Cero experience preferred
- Multiple precision mechanisms development experience: actuator
selection (motors, pneumatics), tolerance analysis, life time
evaluation, optics mounting, alignment & adjustment design, Optics
mounting, etc.
- Design experience in vacuum system is a plus
- CAE: thermal & structural simulation (ANSYS experience
preferred)
- Qualify and release the mechanism design, provide support for
onsite manufacturing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing team during product ramp-up to
support and trouble-shoot product issues.
- Full-time onsite is required.Minimum QualificationsDoctorate
(Academic) Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Master's
Level Degree and related work experience of 6 years; Bachelor's
Level Degree and related work experience of 8 yearsThe company
